Our clients came to us wanting a sophisticated, urban loft-inspired space that embraced the historic charm and industrial roots of their downtown condo. Situated in the vibrant heart of Greenville, this home already had great bones, including stunning original brickwork, expansive windows, and a uniquely open layout. Lead Designer Chisana Hice-Smith thoughtfully refreshed and elevated each room, using rich textures, warm wood tones, and custom metal accents to highlight the building's character. Curated art, handmade Moroccan tiles, and custom iron doors enhanced the sense of artistry and craftsmanship throughout. The result is a layered and inviting space that feels both modern and warm.
