Continuing the downsizing trend while boosting quality, this quaint condo in downtown Greenville was designed for a retiring physician. We were challenged with braiding a story that mixed the client’s lifetime of travel and mission work with her love of reading and artwork. This really was a recipe for a dreamy interior. We took and interior room and made it into a library while making the small pied a terre an outdoor dining sanctuary.

Gray-green library shelving, brass chandeliers and teal leather swivel chairs make the home feel warm and collected. Charcoal shaker cabinetry, glass globe pendants and soft neutral walls keep it classic, while balcony doors open to downtown Greenville and an outdoor dining sanctuary.
