Continuing the downsizing trend while boosting quality, this quaint condo in downtown Greenville was designed for a retiring physician. We were challenged with braiding a story that mixed the client’s lifetime of travel and mission work with her love of reading and artwork. This really was a recipe for a dreamy interior. We took and interior room and made it into a library while making the small pied a terre an outdoor dining sanctuary.
