We joined the Johnston Design Group to execute this mid-century beauty for a client who’s home burned and all beloved items were lost to the flames. Out of the fire came hope and new beginnings. Our client wanted to shift from her traditional past to a modern future. We designed and detailed the home from its inception and assisted until each bed was made with care. Given the client’s past as an elementary teacher, she loved the simplicity of the midcentury styles while throwing in pops of primary colors. This project was outside of our typical aesthetic but sometimes that is when we create our more interesting work.
